Digital School Senses & Modern Attendance Management has been officially launched

For the first time in Balochistan, Digital School Senses and Modern Attendance Management Information System has been officially launched. Quetta, 21 April 2026 The Balochistan Government has officially launched Digital School Senses and Advanced Attendance Management Information System for the first time in the province, making a significant leap towards reforms and modernization in the education sector. The comprehensive data of all government schools across the province will be digitized under Digital School Senses, combining all important information including school infrastructure, condition of buildings, number of rooms, student enrollment and details of teachers will be combined. No to this initiative Not only will it help in the correct planning of the educational sector, but will also be able to ensure the effective use of resources. Similarly, the online monitoring of the attendance and performance of administrative officers will be possible through advanced Attendance Management Information System, which will increase transparency and promote effective monitoring of the educational system. The implementation of this system will improve the quality of governance and It will also help to strengthen institutional accountability. With the financial cooperation of UNICEF and the European Union, the government of Balochistan succeeded in developing the first digital school application. Similarly, during the admission campaign, with the cooperation of UNICEf, a regular enrollment campaign was run in all districts of the province, resulting in 2 lakh 71 thousand new students. Students' admissions are completed. These innovative digital systems are the result of the hard work, professionalism and integrated strategy of the team of Performance Management Cell, who played a key role in bringing this vision into fruition. In a unique and encouraging move during the ceremony, Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti, instead of inaugurating the officers of the districts who have shown remarkable performance in the entry campaign, deserved this honor. He called Humaira Baloch, Deputy Commissioner of District Lasbela, who He won the first position, and the Deputy Commissioner of District Sherani Hazrat Wali Kakar, who won the second position, was invited on stage and inaugurated these projects by him. Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti said on the occasion that the government is committed to the principles of merit, performance and transparency and through such measures, not only the best performers are being encouraged but the entire system is being built on modern terms. He reiterated the commitment that this series of reforms in the education sector will be continued to provide quality and modern requirements to the children of Balochistan.
